1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pa777 platform available at pa777.asia (hereinafter "pa777", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "User", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using pa777 and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility

Use of pa777 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pa777 operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit minors to register or play.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party in relation to your account or gaming activity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from pa777 or had a pa777 account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of pa777 or any of its affiliated entities or game supplier partners.

pa777 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time. Providing false eligibility information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including winnings.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming at pa777, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration (including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address) is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it whenever it changes.
• You will keep your pa777 login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• You accept sole responsibility for all activity carried out under your pa777 account credentials.

One Account Policy: Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) pa777 account. If pa777 determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, payment method, device, or IP address — pa777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from such accounts pending investigation.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, pa777 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and may be asked to provide proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal requests being suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pa777 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit is Rs 200 (method-dependent; actual minimums are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction).
• pa777 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of a payment method before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–60 minutes following successful KYC and security review. Bank transfers may take longer depending on standard banking processing timelines.
• pa777 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• pa777 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing, including requests for documentary evidence of fund origin.
• Deposits made by methods not later accepted for withdrawal may be subject to alternative withdrawal methods as determined by pa777 at the time of processing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pa777 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players subject to the following general conditions. Specific bonus offers may carry additional terms disclosed at the point of offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Standard pa777 wagering requirements are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated on the applicable promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• pa777 permits one active bonus at a time per player account, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value except where pa777 specifies in writing that a particular bonus is cashable upon satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• pa777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — where it determines in its reasonable discretion that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms, through bonus abuse, or through any activity designed to circumvent wagering requirements (including low-risk hedging strategies).
• pa777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on pa777 are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game and by the general gaming rules set out below:

• All game outcomes on pa777 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by licensed third-party game providers. pa777 does not control or manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a malfunction or technical fault during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. pa777 is not liable for malfunctions caused by the Player's own device, internet connection, or software.
• Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages provided by game developers and do not guarantee individual session results.
• pa777 reserves the right to void bets or game results where there is evidence of technical error, pricing error, or any manipulation that has affected the fairness of play.
• In sports betting, if a market is declared void after settlement, pa777 will reverse the settlement and return stakes to player accounts in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pa777 and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping or coordinated betting patterns
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of stolen, cloned, or disputed financial instruments
• Providing false identity information or documents during registration or KYC verification
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering or that pa777 reasonably suspects is connected to criminal proceeds
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or bonus limitations

8. Account Suspension & Closure

pa777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without notice, where: (a) pa777 suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) a player's conduct poses a risk to pa777's platform integrity or other players; (c) a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement obligation requires it; or (d) a player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure due to a Terms breach, any remaining real-money balance may be subject to review before release. Bonus balances will be forfeited. Where pa777 closes an account at the Player's voluntary request for non-disciplinary reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after KYC clearance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on pa777.asia — including but not limited to the pa777 brand name and logo, platform design, game interfaces (as operated under licence from third-party providers), marketing materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of pa777 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any pa777 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pa777 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by factors outside pa777's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, government action, or force majeure events.

pa777's aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pa777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Privacy

pa777's collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the pa777 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. pa777 will not sell your personal data to third parties and processes it only in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection principles.

12. Responsible Gaming

pa777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is available to adults aged 18 and above only. pa777 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pa777's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan acknowledge that it is their personal responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws regarding online gambling prior to using pa777.

14. Amendments

pa777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on pa777.asia. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
